EMR (Electronic Medical Record; 전자의무기록)

개인용 컴퓨터 PC가 보편화된 1990년대 중반 이후 기존의 종이에 기재하는 환자 챠트를 전산화한 것이다.
환자의 인적 사항, 병력, 진찰 결과, 치료 결과, 수술 기록, 입퇴원 기록, 외래 진료 사항등이 주요 기재 사항이다.

RRS (Rapid Response System; 신속대응체계)

신속대응체계는 병동에서 발생하는 예상치 못한 응급 상황이나 사망을 줄이기 위한 선제적 대응 시스템이다.

PHR (Personal Health Record; 개인 건강 기록)

A personal health record (PHR) is a collection of information about your health. It is different from an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR), which are owned and stored by your healthcare provider. A PHR is a document that you are in charge of-one that you compile, update, and keep.
